【摘   要】 本文在总结生鲜冷链物流行业的现状及发展趋势基础上，对生鲜冷链物流中存在的高成本、低体系化建设以及较低技术水平等问题存在的原因进行剖析，并针对这些问题提出了积极推进冷链技术提升、加强产业标准化建设、提高仓储管理水平等优化策略。

Analysis and Optimization of Cold Chain Logistics of Fresh Agricultural Products in E-commerce Environment

[Abstract] On the basis of summarizing the current situation and development trend of fresh cold chain logistics industry， this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems of high cost， low systematization construction and low technical level in fresh cold chain logistics， and puts forward some optimization strategies to actively promote the upgrading of cold chain technology， strengthen the construction of industrial standardization and improve the level of storage management.

現代经济的发展加速了生鲜电商行业的兴起，近年来，随着生鲜电商交易规模的逐步扩大，资本纷纷涌入生鲜电商市场，为生鲜冷链物流的发展打下了基础。生鲜农产品的冷链物流是为了保证农产品的价值在低温环境中得以完整保存，不会因为物流转运而流失。但在生鲜市场巨大规模的背后，生鲜农产品由于产地的分散性、品类繁杂、标准化程度低等特点，导致冷链运输成为制约生鲜电商发展的主要瓶颈之一。因此，提高冷链物流运输水平，保障生鲜农产品在电商模式下的供应，成为了目前生鲜冷链发展亟待解决的问题。本文将带着对这一问题的思考，对冷链物流供应体系的优化策略进行讨论研究。

1  生鲜电商冷链物流的发展现状及趋势

生鲜农产品的冷链物流是以制冷技术为基础，实现生鲜农产品在全程运输中通过保持低温状态来减少农产品腐坏流损的物流运输过程。生鲜电商冷链物流则是指销售生鲜类产品的电子商务企业，管理整个农产品冷链物流的运作。……
