【摘   要】 随着社会的快速发展和农村经济水平的不断提高，新农村建设蒸蒸日上，农村居民的生活也是越来越好。然而，一些基础设施建设却并不完善，例如医疗卫生服务体系，经济水平的提高并没有改变农村居民去大城市大医院就医的现状，即便看病更贵、看病更难。医疗卫生服务体系是我国基础设施中最重要的组成部分之一，肩负着保卫国民身体健康的重任。

Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Medical

Talents in New Countryside in China

[Abstract] With the rapid development of society and the continuous improvement of rural economic level， the construction of new countryside is booming， and the life of rural residents is getting better and better. However， some infrastructure construction is not perfect， such as the medical and health service system， and the improvement of economic level has not changed the current situation of rural residents going to large urban hospitals， even if it is more expensive and difficult to see a doctor. The medical and health service system is one of the most important components in the infrastructure of our country， and shoulders the heavy responsibility of safeguarding the health of the people.

看病就医是每个人一生中的无法避免的社会现实，人类从远古时期三四十岁的平均寿命到如今最高的平均寿命83.7岁，医疗卫生水平的进步与发展功不可没。早在2006年卫生部就在《农村卫生服务体系建设与发展规划》中指出要基本实现农村地区“小病原则不出村、一般疾病不出乡、大病基本不出县”的目标[1]。一方面可以缓解大城市的就医压力，平衡城乡医疗资源的分配;另一方面可以节约农村居民的看病成本和看病时间，但是农村医疗人才的缺乏使得人们宁愿花更多的钱、走更远的路去大城市就医，也不会在乡、县就医。所以，提高农村地区县、乡以及村卫生室医疗人员的专业水平成为重中之重。本文主要通过对新农村医疗人才的现状以及相关对策进行分析，希望改变我国农村医疗人才缺乏的现状。
