摘      要： 石油蜡的嗅味强度是一项重要参数，作为限制性指标经常出现在石油蜡产品规格中。标准是推动产品发展和进步的重要助力，同时标准也需要适应产品市场的发展。随着石蜡产品成型技术的发展以及粒蜡产品的出现，导致现行石油蜡嗅味试验标准方法不适用，要求标准方法改进以适应粒蜡产品的处理。本文针对粒蜡产品，建立粒蜡样品前处理压样法，并优化压样条件，完善现行标准石蜡嗅味试验法，体现我国标准方法的先进性，促进石油蜡产品质量的提高。

Abstract： The odor of petroleum wax is an important parameter， and it appears in paraffin product specifications as a limiting indicator. Standard is an important boost to product development and progress， and it need adapt to the advance of the product market. With the improvement of the molding method of paraffin products and the emergence of granular wax products， the current standard test method for odor of petroleum wax is not applicable， which requires to improve the standard method to adapt to the granular wax products. In this article， the pre-treatment compression method for granular wax products was established， the compression conditions were optimized， the current standard test method of paraffin odor was improved. This research can reflect the advanced nature of China's standard methods， and promote the improvement of paraffin wax product quality.

石油蜡终端市场发展快速，已由简单的火柴和蜡烛生产逐步发展应用于黏合剂、轮胎抗氧化剂、食品包装、化妆品、热熔胶、精密铸造方面[1-3]。随着石油蜡产品的广泛应用、环保要求的日益严格、对生产安全的日益重视，无毒、无味等特性要求显得至关重要[4]。研究表明，石油蜡中致嗅物质主要有四类：芳香烃、环烷烃、烯烃和酮醛[5-6]。其中，芳香烃主要包括苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯和三甲苯以及萘、四氢化萘等，芳香烃气味强烈，是主要致嗅物质。环烷烃主要是甲基环己烷，略有气味。烯烃主要是低碳烯烃，如苯乙烯等，气味强于环烷烃。酮醛主要来自溶剂，包括糠醛、丁酮、环己酮等，有明显的气味。不难得出，石油蜡产品中的有毒有害物质也是最主要的致嗅物质，针对嗅味的检测是控制石油蜡产品毒性气味的简单便捷的检测手段。……
