【摘  要】“一带一路”建设秉承的是共商、共享、共建原则，在此背景下，促使我国教育也进入了新的发展阶段。尤其是中小学教育，将中华优秀传统文化与美术课程相融合，可以更好地培养德智体美劳全面发展的人才，此举措积极响应了“一带一路”的号召，更好地为新丝绸之路经济带建设以及发展打下坚实的基础。为此，本文对中华优秀传统文化与中小学美术课程教学融合价值体现以及具体落实路径进行分析。

【Abstract】 The construction of the "Belt and Road" adheres to the principles of mutual consultation， sharing and joint construction. Under this background， my country's education has also entered a new stage of development. Especially in primary and secondary education， the integration of excellent Chinese traditional culture and art courses can better cultivate talents with all-round development of moral， intellectual， physical， beauty and labor. This initiative actively responds to the call of the “Belt and Road” initiative and better serves the new Silk Road. The construction and development of the economic belt lay a solid foundation. To this end， this article analyzes the value of the fusion of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the art curriculum of primary and secondary schools and the specific implementation path.

一、中华优秀传统文化与中小学美术课程教学融合价值体现

（一）有助于实现美术学科核心素养培养目标

从我国中小学教育实际情况看，学校缺乏对优秀传统文化教育价值的足够认识，在实际教学中依然停留在介绍层面，对中华传统文化的本质缺少深入了解。中华优秀传统文化经过岁月的长河，遗留的经典内容，可以为美术课程改革提供源源不断的动力，将其与中小学美术课呈进行深度融合，可以充分体现社会主义核心价值观，对培养学生美术学科核心素养具有重要价值，通过优秀的文化熏陶，可以进一步提升学生社会责任感，增强爱国情怀，并在不断实践中将优秀传统文化转化为具体的行为，从而有效促使青少年更加健康地成长。

（二）有利于培养学生健康审美观念

美育中的一部分就是美术教育，这也是实现立德树人教学目标中最为关键的环节。……
