摘   要：随着中医学发展，中医诊察方式逐步趋向智能化数字化。在舌诊仪、脉诊仪出现之后，眼诊仪器的研究逐渐开始进行，其主要通过图像处理技术与计算机视觉技术来实现。将摄像头所采集的患者完整眼球图像在计算机上进行定位，按照中医眼诊理论对白睛图像进行分区，对每个区域图像中白眼球上的红血丝的颜色、形状等特征以及其他可能出现的斑块等症状进行检测，在与健康样本对比后得到该区域图像所映射的身体部位的状况，最终得出身体健康情况。将结果显示给医生及患者，方便医生的诊断以及提供参考，患者也可看到自己眼像，使症状对于患者更直观。

Abstract： With the development of Chinese medicine， TCM diagnosis and inspection methods are gradually becoming more intelligent and digital. After the appearance of the tongue diagnosis instrument and the pulse diagnosis instrument， the research of ophthalmological instruments begins gradually， which was mainly realized by image processing technology and computer vision technology. The complete eyeball image of the patient collected by the camera is positioned on the computer， and the white-eye image is partitioned according to the theory of TCM ophthalmology. The color， shape， and other possible plaques of red blood streak on the white eyeballs in each area image are detected， and the status of the body part mapped in the area image is obtained after comparison with healthy samples， and finally the physical health condition is obtained. The results are displayed to the doctor and the patient for the doctor's diagnosis and reference. Patients can also see their own eyes， making symptoms more intuitive to the patient.

1  引言

（1）眼診背景。

中医是一套完整的、融入大量的临床经验医学理论体系，已被世界卫生组织列入最具影响力的医学纲要。其中，观眼诊断，是通过观察眼的各部分形态诊察脏腑的病变的实用的诊断技术，是依据表里相应等学说、根据长期临床实践经验总结出来的诊断方法。中医认为“眼清则心静、眼浊则淤、眼朦则衰”，眼睛带有人体各部位的生物信息并能真实地反映人体内部的众多生理与病理变化。病症在双眼球上的反映主要是在眼球（眼白部分）上出现血丝、斑块与浊环。目前眼诊的诊断主要依靠经验丰富的中医，根据肉眼观测进行诊断和分析。
