摘  要：当下，电力企业在实际发展和建设的过程中有所突破和改善，但是在实际的运行过程中还是存在一些不足之处，比方说，电力工程施工技术存在缺陷，企业管理工作有所欠缺。所以电气企业工作人员要采取切实有效的方法，进一步提升电力工程的施工技术水平，还要创新和完善相关的制度，从而更好地服务于电力行业与经济建设。

Abstract： at present， electric power enterprises in the actual development and construction of the process of breakthrough and improvement， but in the actual operation process there are still some deficiencies. For example， there are defects in the construction technology of electric power engineering， enterprise management is deficient. Therefore， the staff of electric enterprises should adopt practical and effective methods to further improve the construction technology level of electric power projects， and innovate and improve the relevant systems， so as to better serve the power industry and economic construction.

1 電力工程的施工特征

电力工程和其他工程相比可以发现电力工程与很多领域都有密切的关系，所以电力工程有着独特性，具体可以表现为两方面，首先，电力工程比较复杂，因为电力工程项目的构成比较复杂，工作人员要强化不同专业之间的联系，还要联合设计、购买和施工等内容，因此电力工程在施工建设的时候要耗费较大的财力和物力，电力工程在实际施工的时候还要运用好各种工程技术和管理技术，更好地提升整个工程建设的质量和水平。其次，电力工程的施工周期比较长，一般来说，电力工程项目需要花费较长的建设时间，工作人员要做好工程的准备、设计和具体施工工作，并且还要投入较多的资金，也许在工程完工之前很难得到可观的经济效益，故工作人员要有效地管理和筹备好资金费用，进一步降低电力工程的经济损耗。
