摘 要：随着测绘遥感技术的不断发展，农村土地所有权确认工作逐渐采用测绘综合技术，以提高土地管理工作的效率与精确度。本文对农村土地中测绘的应用进行了分析讨论，以实际应用为例，对测绘工作的内外业工作流程和相关要点进行了一一说明，为以后的测绘工作提供参考。

The Application of Surveying and Mapping in the Confirmation of Rural Land Ownership

Abstract： With the continuous development of remote sensing technology for surveying and mapping， the confirmation of rural land ownership has gradually adopted comprehensive surveying and mapping technology to improve the efficiency and accuracy of land management. In this paper， the application of surveying and mapping in rural land was analyzed and discussed， taking practical application as an example， the internal and external work flow and relevant key points of surveying and mapping were explained one by one， providing reference for surveying and mapping work in the future.

近年来，我国先后颁布了一系列土地经营管理文件，旨在通过数据化与土地改革相结合实施精细化土地管理，明确土地的经营管理与所有权确权问题。现阶段的土地改革朝三权分置方向发展，所谓三权分置，就是在确保土地集体所有制的前提下，鼓励土地承包规模化经营，从而加速农业经济的运转。为实现此土地改革目标，土地改革部门在测量过程中通常利用现代化测量技术落实土地确权工作，以此来促进土地经营发展工作的落实和贯彻执行。

所有权确权登记能够摸清农村集体土地利用情况，改变农村土地管理基础薄弱状况，夯实管理和改革基础，有效解决农村集体土地权属纠纷，化解农村社会矛盾，强化农民特别是全社会的土地物权意识，最终形成产权明晰、权能明确、权益保障、流转顺畅、分配合理的农村集体土地产权制度。

现代测绘技术对农村土地集体确权提供了技术支持，随着科技的飞速发展，我国测量技术广泛地应用于各个领域，在土地确权方面也有不小的应用。……
