摘 要：随着我国经济的快速发展，天然气在能源领域的占比不断加大。在很多行业中，天然气逐步取代石油等传统能源，成为促进社会发展的新能源。天然气是清洁能源，其特点是存储量大，污染小，运输过程相对安全。天然气输气站是现代城市的重要公共基础设施，是国家能源建设的重要部分，其特点是集散型、全开放。本文介绍了天然气场站的组成，论述了天然气管道安装技术，分析了天然气场站工艺管道的安装施工管理措施。

Discussion on the Installation Technology of Process Pipeline

in Natural Gas Station

Abstract： With the rapid development of China's economy， the proportion of natural gas in the energy field continues to increase. In many industries， natural gas has gradually replaced traditional energy sources such as oil and has become a new energy source for social development. Natural gas is clean energy， which is characterized by large storage capacity， low pollution， and relatively safe transportation. Natural gas transmission stations are an important public infrastructure in modern cities and an important part of national energy construction， which is characterized by distributed and fully open. This paper introduced the composition of natural gas yards， discussed the installation techniques of natural gas pipelines， and analyzed the installation and construction management measures of process pipelines in natural gas yards.

随着经济的不断发展，我国不断调整和优化能源结构，投入巨大资金来开发天然气，建设西气东输工程，勘探开发新疆气田等。作为一种清洁能源，天然气具有污染较小、运输安全等优势，得到广泛应用。当前，我国广泛应用天然气，天然气需求量不断加大，促使天然气开发快速加快。为满足应用需求，人们需要建设一系列网络及管道来输送天然气，天然气具有运输线路长、压力大等特点，对天然气场站安全提出很高要求。工艺管道是天然气场站重要的基础设施，控制好工艺管道质量可以保证管道运输安全。

1 天然气管道安装质量控制的重要性

按功能分类，天然气场站通常可分为压气站、清管站等。不同类型的天然气场站具有对管道内介质加压、清洁管道内杂质、流量转供等功能。站内主要设备有各类阀门、调压撬、计量撬、电加热器等。……
