摘 要：桥梁检查工作是维修养护的基础，是桥梁养护决策的重要依据。针对桥梁经常性检查工作中监督管理难、现场检查技术不规范、效率低等问题，本文设计了以云平台为基础、以移动设备为终端的桥梁巡检系统。该系统基于任务驱动模式，能够专业、规范、便捷和高效地实现桥梁经常检查，实现桥梁养护的精细化管理。

Abstract： Bridge inspection is the basis of maintenance and is an important basis for bridge maintenance decisions. Aiming at the problems of difficult supervision and management of bridges， irregular on-site inspection technology and low efficiency， a bridge inspection system based on the cloud platform and mobile devices as the terminal was designed in this paper. The system is based on a task-driven model， which can professionally， regularly， conveniently and efficiently implement bridge frequent inspections and achieve fine management of bridge maintenance.

桥梁一般是指跨越江河、湖海、山涧、不良地质或其他交通需要而架设的建筑物。桥梁是道路的重要组成部分，桥梁的建设使车辆和行人的通行更加便捷。桥梁的发展与交通运输需求和交通工具的变革密不可分，交通运输行业的不断发展对桥梁在承载能力、结构布局和跨越能力等方面提出新的要求，也推动了桥梁工程技术的发展。经济社会的发展、科学技术的进步也有力地促进了桥梁建设技术水平的提高，使之更好地适应交通运输的发展要求。改革开放以来，随着经济社会发展的需要，中国交通基础设施建设高速发展，大批公路桥梁先后建设完成并投入运营。随着桥梁服役年限的不断增加，大批桥梁陆续进入养护维修期。桥梁养护工作的好坏不仅影响公路功能的有效发挥，更影响广大人民群众的生命财产安全和公共安全，事关民生安全和福祉。因此，公路桥梁的检查和养护工作意义重大，是公路可持续发展的重要保证。……
