摘 要：当前，PLM已经成为加强企业管理、推动企业变革的重要支撑平台，基于PTC Windchill系统的MPMLink业务作为企业实施PLM战略的一部分，旨在解决制造过程管理所存在的问题，有助于进一步提升传统机械制造企业的核心竞争力。本文介绍了满足企业个性化制造管理需求的MPMLink业务的解决方案，研究了MPMLink业务和PDMLink业务相集成、Windchill系统和ERP系统相集成等问题的解决方案，分析了业务实施和应用情况。

Solution and Implementation of MPMLink Business in PLM System

Abstract： At present， PLM has become an important supporting platform for enterprise management and promoting enterprise reform. The MPMLink business based on the PTC Windchill system， as part of the enterprise's implementation of the PLM strategy， aims to solve the problems in the manufacturing process management and help further enhance the core competitiveness of traditional machinery manufacturing enterprises. This paper introduced the MPMLink business solution that met the enterprise's personalized manufacturing management needs， studied the integration of MPMLink business and PDMLink business， Windchill system and ERP system integration， and analyzed the business implementation and application.

《中国制造2025》战略任务提出，推进信息化与工业化深度融合，全面提升企业研发、生成、管理和服务的智能化水平。对于传统机械制造企业而言，除了要在制造技术和产品研发方面积极运用高新技术，更需要在管理策略方面积极向科学先进的理念靠拢，只有各个方面都做到与时俱进，保持先进水平，才能转型为先进制造业基地[1]。

与很多传统的机械制造企业一样，郑州纺机工程技术有限公司仍在使用老旧系统（如CAPP系统）进行制造过程管理。这些系统管理理念严重滞后，软件功能过于简单，具体存在如下问题[2-3]。一是运行效率低。随着数据量的越来越大，老的方法和系统架构严重影响整体的运行效率。二是管理理念薄弱。只支持工艺编制与存储，没有形成多组织方式、结构化、多视图的管理。三是数据管理缺陷。没有引入工作流程管理、數据版本管理、数据变更管理，造成数据无法追溯。四是数据兼容性问题。……
