Chen Bin was born in Chengdu in 1957. He graduated from the Chinese Painting Major of the Sichuan College of Education， and pursued advanced study in the Chinese National Academy of Arts and Xian Academy of Fine Arts. He now serves as a member of China Artists Association， deputy director of Hong Kong International Art Academy， and a member of Sichuan Artists Association. His artworks are full of traditional spirit， modern construction， unique artistic language， and fashionable colors. They were selected into several national level exhibitions， and were collected by many renowned collection institutions home and aboard.

陈斌（子晓汇玉），1957年生于成都。毕业于四川教育学院美术系中国画专业。深造于中国艺术研究院、西安美术学院。现为中国美术家协会会员、香港国际画院董事副院长、四川美协会员、副研究馆员。

其作品以傳统精神、现代构成、独特语言、时尚色彩四大要素形成当代典型个人艺术风格。入选第九届全国美展、中国画三百家、中国美术金彩奖、第五届全国工笔画大展、2012（伦敦）奥林匹克美术大会等并获奖。

《美术观察》《美术报》《艺术中国》《美术界》《中国书画报》以及四川卫视、中央电视台等40多家媒体为其做专题介绍。四川美术出版社出版《陈斌工笔人物画集》《陈斌重彩艺术作品精选》《陈斌水墨人物画研究》专著。

作品被陕西美术馆、广东美术馆、中国艺术研究院、奥林匹克艺术中心、日本多摩美术大学等国内外艺术机构收藏。

被亚太艺术品投资战略研究中心、收藏家杂志社、中国艺术传媒联盟等机构推荐为“21世纪最具收藏价值的中国画家”。
