摘  要：在城市轨道快速建设、快速成网背景下，要求资产管理从一开始就必须站在线网运营的高度进行统一设计，实现不同线路之间设备物资的统一管理，实现线网资产运营、维护成本的统一核算，实现线网设备维修维护策略的科学合理制定。分析了资产管理平台设计背景，并从资产管理目标、管理维度以及平台设计三个方面，对地铁建设初期资产管理平台建设进行了研究，其中对运营支撑平台、维修调度平台与维修作业平台三大子平台进行了详细设计。

Design of Metro Operation Asset Management Platform

Abstract：Under the background of rapid construction of urban rail transit and rapid network formation，it is required that asset management must be designed in a unified manner at the height of online network operation from the beginning，realize the unified management of equipment and materials between different lines，realize the unified accounting of line network asset operation and maintenance cost，and realize the scientific and reasonable formulation of maintenance and repair strategies for line network equipment. This paper analyzes the design background of asset management platform，and studies the construction of asset management platform in the initial stage of metro construction from three aspects of asset management objectives，management dimensions and platform design. Among them，the three sub-platforms of the operation support platform，maintenance scheduling platform and maintenance operation platform were designed in detail.

地鐵等轨道交通项目投资巨大，其中车辆、机电等设备系统的成本约占50%，因而轨道公司属于典型的重资产企业[1]。轨道交通资产管理更是一个系统工程，管理环节多，牵涉到的设施设备数量庞大[2]，随着轨道交通线路规模的迅猛发展，各轨道交通建设运营单位已经逐步意识到资产管理的重要性，也都在规划设计资产管理平台。而在城市轨道快速建设、快速成网的背景下，对资产管理提出了更高的要求，即从建设初期开始就必须站在线网运营的高度进行统一设计，以实现不同线路之间的设备物资的统一管理。
