摘 要：随着社会经济的持续发展，城市“新陈代谢”的速度逐渐加快，频繁的拆旧建新工程产生了大量的建筑垃圾，早日提升我国建筑垃圾的治理水平迫在眉睫。基于绿色施工理念，本文首先对建筑垃圾进行简单介绍，指出建筑垃圾可能存在的危害，然后系统分析了我国建筑垃圾处理现状及存在的问题，最后探讨了绿色施工理念下的建筑垃圾治理措施，并将PPP模式引入垃圾处理产业。

Abstract： With the continuous development of the social economy， the city's "metabolism" speed is gradually accelerated， and frequent demolition of old construction projects has generated a lot of construction waste， it is imminent to raise the level of construction waste management in China as soon as possible. Based on the concept of green construction， this paper first briefly introduced construction waste， pointed out the possible hazards of construction waste， then systematically analyzed the current situation and problems of construction waste disposal in China， finally discussed the construction waste management measures under the concept of green construction， and introduced the PPP model into the waste treatment industry.

绿色施工是指在保证质量、安全等基本要求的前提下，通过科学管理和技术进步，最大限度地节约资源，减少施工活动对环境的负面影响。建筑垃圾的绿色处理是绿色施工理念的必然要求，2020年，中国的建筑垃圾将会达50亿t。我国之前长期缺乏建筑垃圾处理规范，致使大量建筑垃圾被就地掩埋、露天焚烧和随意堆放，侵占大量耕地，造成大量资源浪费，严重破坏生态环境。绿色施工是社会发展的必然要求，人们必须转变垃圾治理理念。目前，欧美国家的总体垃圾资源化率已达90%，日本也已达到95%，而我国尚不足5%[1]。由此可见，早日实施绿色施工理念下的建筑垃圾治理对我国建筑行业的发展有着重大的意义。

1 建筑垃圾的概念和危害

1.1 建筑垃圾的概念

建筑垃圾是拆迁、建设、装修、修缮等建筑业生产活动中产生的渣土、废旧混凝土、废旧砖石及其他废弃物的统称。按产生源分类，建筑垃圾可分为工程渣土、装修垃圾、拆迁垃圾、工程泥浆等;按组分分类，建筑垃圾可分为渣土、混凝土块、碎石块、砖瓦碎块、废砂浆、泥浆、沥青块、废塑料、废金属、废竹木等[2]。……
