[摘要] 中国疾病预防控制中心2017年发布数据显示：我国成人糖尿病患病率为10.9%。男性发病率高于女性，并且患者逐渐年轻化。糖尿病是由遗传和环境因素共同作用而形成一组以高血糖为特征的常见代谢综合征，目前尚无有效治愈糖尿病方案，近年来糖尿病并发症已严重影响到患者生活与健康，对医疗服务行业造成不小冲击，所以目前研究治疗糖尿病并发症已刻不容缓。中西药联用为治疗糖尿病提供一种新的思路，推动扩大治疗糖尿病方法路徑的研究进展。因此，该文将对西药联合中药汤剂治疗糖尿病并发症的临床进展展开综述。

A Review of Clinical Progress of Western Medicine Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetic Complications

[Abstract] The data released by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2017 showed that the prevalence of diabetes in China was 10.9%. The incidence was higher in men than in women， and more and more younger patients had such disease. Diabetes is a combination of genetic and environmental factors that form a group of common metabolic syndromes characterized by hyperglycemia. There is currently no effective cure for diabetes. In recent years， diabetes complications have seriously affected patients' lives and health， causing a lot of impact， so it is urgent to study the treatment of diabetes complications. The combination of Chinese and western medicine provides a new idea for the treatment of diabetes， and promotes the research progress of expanding the path of treating diabetes. Therefore， this article will review the clinical progress of western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of diabetic complications.

近30年来，随着我国人民生活质量的不断提高和饮食结构发生改变，使得糖尿病发病率逐年上升，已成为严重影响到人们生命健康的慢性疾病之一。1980年我国成人糖尿病患病率为0.67%，2013年糖尿病患病率上升至10.4%，糖尿病从不常见疾病成为流行疾病，当前预防和治疗糖尿病及其并发症形式极为严峻[1]。近几年来，国外不断提出新思路以及技术治疗糖尿病，同时我国也一直积极参与到研究治疗糖尿病队伍中，尤其在传统中药汤剂治疗糖尿病并发症方面具有独特优势并取得很大进展[2]。现已有研究者开始利用西药联合中药汤剂治疗糖尿病并发症，在中西结合治疗糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病周围神经病变等并发症方面有明显效果。……
