摘要：在“以学生为中心”的教学理念实施下，教师与学生的角色将会发生相应变化，教学策略和知识来源也会随之发生转变，而考核评价机制是对学生所学知识及其应用能力进行检验的有效方法，也是检验教学理念实施效果的重要依据。因此，本文针对数据库原理课程的教学提出了三维-多元化考核评价机制，检验在新教学理念下学生对知识的掌握程度以及对所学知识灵活应用的能力。

Study on the "Student-centered" Assessment and Evaluation Mechanism of Database Principle Course

Abstract： Under the implementation of the "student-centered" teaching concept， the roles of teachers and students will change accordingly， teaching strategies and sources of knowledge will also change. The assessment and evaluation mechanism is an effective method to test the students' knowledge and their application ability， and it is also an important basis to test the effect of teaching ideas. Therefore， this paper proposes a three-dimensional-multiple assessment and evaluation mechanism for the teaching of database theory courses to test the students' mastery of knowledge and the ability to apply the knowledge flexibly under the new teaching concept.

1 引言

“以學生为中心”的教育理念是由美国心理学家卡尔·罗杰斯于1951年在哈佛教育学院的学术研讨会上提出的[1]。联合国教科文组织在1998年世界首届高等教育大会宣言中提出，“高等教育需要转向‘以学生为中心的新视角和新模式”，倡议高等学校“把学生及其需要作为关心的重点”。近几年，我国很多高校也开展了“以学生为中心”的教学改革活动[2-4]。例如，北京大学在“以学生为中心”的教育改革中，进行了一系列有效的课堂教学改革的实践与探索。

在以“学生为中心”的教学理念实施下，教师、学生、教学策略、知识来源等要素所形成的教学结构与以往不同。教师由知识灌输者转变为学生主动意义构建的帮助者、促进者;学生由知识灌输对象转变为知识信息加工的主体，成为知识的主动构建者;教学策略也主要采用“任务驱动”[5]来调动学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性;知识的获取不再仅限于课堂上教师传授，还可以通过网络资源等途径获取自己所需的知识。……
