[摘要] 目的 分析评价血管内皮生长因子在糖尿病咽部并发症中的价值作用。方法 将该院2017年2月—2018年2月收治的100例糖尿病眼部病变患者分成两组，每组50例;对照组患者采取曲安奈德注射液治疗，观察组患者采取血管内皮生长因子药物中的康柏西普玻璃体腔注药治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果。结果 在眼部并发症总发生率方面，观察组比对照组明显更低。在最佳矫正视力下降率、最佳矫正视力不变率方面，观察组明显低于对照组。在最佳视力矫正提高率方面，观察组明显高于对照组。结论 针对糖尿病眼部病变患者，采取血管内皮生长因子治疗具备显著的疗效，可预防眼部并发症的发生;值得采纳及应用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the value of vascular endothelial growth factor in diabetic pharyngeal complications. Methods 100 patients with diabetic eye lesions admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into two groups， 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide. The patients in the observation group were treated with vascular endothelial growth factor， Compostigre's intravitreal injection was used to compare the clinical effects of the two groups. Results In the total incidence of ocular complications， the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. In the best corrected visual acuity decline rate and the best corrected visual acuity constant rate， the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. In the best improvement rate of vision correction， the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion For patients with diabetic ocular lesions， vascular endothelial growth factor therapy has significant efficacy and can prevent the occurrence of ocular complications; it is worthy of adoption and application.

尿病眼部病变的类型较多，较为常见的有白内障、波动性屈光不正等。临床表明，需尽早发现糖尿病眼部病变，明确类型，对症治疗，早日摆脱失明的可能性[1-2]。与此同时，值得注意的是，糖尿病眼部病变患者易引发一些常见并发症，比如高眼压、并发性白内障、视网膜脱离等。为了达到缓解病情，改善患者生存质量的目标，需采取及时有效的治疗方法。该次将该院在2017年2月—2018年2月收治的100例糖尿病眼部病变患者作为研究的对象，其目的是分析评价血管内皮生长因子在其中的应用效果，涉及的研究成果报道如下。
