【摘 要】 目的：初步建立阳雀花药材质量标准。方法：参考《中国药典》2015年版方法，对中药材阳雀花的质量控制方法进行研究，包括性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别、水分检查、总灰分及酸不溶性灰分检查和浸出物检查。结果：10批阳雀花药材有相似的性状及显微特征;薄层色谱斑点清晰，分离度好，专属性强;水分含量为9.6%～12.3%，平均值11.4%，总灰分为2.0%～3.3%，平均值2.5%，酸不溶性灰分为0.2%～1.0%，平均值0.6%，热浸法醇溶性浸出物量为12.2%～22.3%，平均值18.2%。结论：该方法操作简单、结果可靠，可为阳雀花质量控制提供实验依据。

Abstract：Objective To establish the preliminary quality standards of Caragana sinica（Buc，hoz.）Rehd.Methods According to the methods in Chinese Pharmacopeia 2015，study on the quality control method of Caragana sinica（Buc，hoz.）Rehd， the quality standard including characteristic identification，microscopic identification，TLC identification，moisture inspection， total ash inspection， acid-insoluble ash inspection and leachate inspection.Results The 10 batches of Caragana sinica（Buc，hoz.）Rehd had similar characters and microscopic characteristics. The TLC spots were separated well、clear and had a strong specificity. The water content is 9.6%～12.3% ， the average is 11.4%， The total ash was divided into 2.0%～3.3%， the average was 2.5%， The acid-insoluble ash was divided into 0.2%～1.0%， the average was 0.6%， The amount of alcohol soluble extract of hot leaching is 12.2%～22.3%，the average is 18.2%.Conclusiohn The method is simple、reliable and can effectively control the quality of Caragana sinica（Buc，hoz.）Rehd.

陽雀花为豆科锦鸡儿属植物锦鸡儿Caragana sinica（Buchoz.）Rehd.的干燥根[1]。别名：金雀花、土黄芪、黄棘等。其味甘、辛、微苦，性平，具补肺健脾、活血祛风的功效，主治高血压、虚劳倦怠、肺虚久咳、妇女血崩、白带、乳少、风湿骨痛、痛风、半身不遂、跌打损伤。生于山坡、路旁、林下或灌木丛中，分布于河北、新疆、山东、江苏、浙江、江西、福建、河南、湖南、四川、云南和贵州等地[2]。文献报道该植物中主要含有黄酮、二苯乙烯、萜类、甾体等化学成分[3-5]，临床主要用于治疗高血压、乳腺增生及类风湿性关节炎等[6-8]，为贵州民族药，侗族人称尚怒阳虽[9]。收载于《上海市中药材标准》1994年版及《湖南省中药材标准》2009年版，其质量标准尚不完善。《中国药典》2015年版及《贵州省中药材、民族药材质量标准》2003年版中均未收载。按照《贵州省中药材、民族药材质量标准》2013版标准研究课题的要求，对该品种分别从药材性状、显微特征、薄层鉴别、检查等方面进行质量标准研究，为阳雀花的合理应用和质量控制提供依据。……
