[摘    要 ]近年来，城市发展速度持续加快，对应的配网系统建设也紧随其后，自动化开关站作为一种智能化设备应用于配网系统中，能够发挥多种优势功能。本文首先分析了城市配网规划中自动开关站建设的意义，然后重点探讨了城市配网规划中自动化开关站的建设措施。

[Abstract]In recent years， with the rapid development of the city， the construction of the corresponding distribution network system is also closely followed. As an intelligent equipment， the automatic switching station can play a variety of advantages in the distribution network system. This paper first analyzes the significance of automatic switching station construction in urban distribution network planning， and then focuses on the construction measures of automatic switching station in urban distribution network planning.

电力系统要想积极地适应城市的建设与发展，就必须优化自身的功能，自动化开关站应用于城市配网规划中，不仅能提高整个城市的电力供应水平，也能为城市的长远发展提供充足的电能，满足各行业发展的需要。

1 城市配网规划中自动化开关站建设的意义

1.1 城市化发展的需要

城市化进程持续加快，使得城市中的基础设施建设也必需紧随其后，城市升级、发展中各种大型工程设施逐渐被建设起来，对应的用电需求量自然增加，出现了多个城市负荷集中区，此时，只有通过合理地进行城市配网规划，才能满足整个城市的发展。然而，由于受城区规划等历史遗留因素的影响，个别城市中心与郊区因为设置了较少的变电站，且出线间隔相对有限，同时，新建变电站无论是选址还是工程立项建设都具有难度，从而使得城市中心负荷集中区供电设备分布较为集中，无法为10 kV出线提供充足的空间，这就对一些商业综合体、商业项目的报装用电带来影响，进而影响配电网的科学规划与长远发展。……
