摘要：目的：探讨正电子发射计算机断层显像（PET-CT）评价结合早期康复对颅脑外伤患者康复治疗疗效及预后的影响。方法：选取在我院接受治疗的86例患者，随机分为观察组（n=43）与对照组（n=43），对照组实施常规干预，观察组实施PET-CT评价结合早期康复，比较两组干预效果。结果：干预后，观察组神经功能缺损程度评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组的（P<0.05）。结论：在颅脑外伤患者康复治疗中实施PET-CT评价结合早期康复，效果良好。

Abstract： Objective： To investigate the effect of positron emission computed tomography（PET-CT） evaluation combined with early rehabilitation on the therapeutic effect and prognosis of patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods： 86 patients who received treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group（n=43） and the control group（n=43）. The control group received routine intervention， and the observation group received pet-ct evaluation combined with early rehabilitation to compare the intervention effects of the two groups. Results： After the intervention， the degree of neurological impairment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： PET-CT evaluation combined with early rehabilitation in the rehabilitation of patients with craniocerebral trauma has a good effect.

脑外伤属于临床中常见病症，涉及多器官功能障碍，其中神经系统功能影响更为突出，合理选择康复治疗时机以及正确及时判断预后措施对于指导临床医护人员工作、实施积极治疗具有重要意义[1]。本文主要探讨正电子发射计算机断层显像（PET-CT）评价结合早期康复对颅脑外伤患者康复治疗疗效及预后的影响，现做如下报道。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2017年2月-2019年2月在我院接受治疗的86例颅脑外伤患者，随机分为观察组（n=43）与对照组（n=43）。对照组43例，男25例，女18例，平均年龄（45.08±9.76）岁。观察组43例，男20例，女23例，平均年龄（45.13±9.51）岁。两组一般资料对比均保持同质性（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

所有患者均实施常规手术以及降颅压、营养支持等干预，观察组实施PET-CT评价结合早期康复：①早期康复。在患者生命体征持续平稳48小时后指导其进行肢体功能训练、日常生活训练等，依据患者身体耐受程度适当调整运动量以及运动方式，每天1次，每次40分钟，每周6次。②PET-CT评价。准备阶段。在检查前6小时禁食水，依据患者血糖、体重情况提供18F-FDG，实施静脉注射，之后叮嘱患者保持平卧休息;检查。在……
