摘要：随着市场经济浪潮的不断涌起和物流企业数量的持续增加，市场经济形势和世界格局均发生了深刻的变化，对物流企业来说对经营管理要求也有了新的变化，特别是安全管理中的各种问题变得日渐尖锐。不少物流企业也进入到多种经营的发展新模式中。基于此，本文将从当前物流仓库安全管理工作中存在的问题入手，结合当前物流企业发展的实际情况，有针对性的提出了系列解决对策。希望本文的浅见能起到抛砖引玉的作用，为广大同仁们提供有益的借鉴和思考。

Abstract： With the continuous rise of the market economy wave and the continuous increase in the number of logistics companies， profound changes have taken place in the market economy situation and the global landscape. For logistics companies， new requirements have also been placed on management and operation， especially safety management issues have become increasingly acute. Many logistics companies have also entered the new development model of multiple operations. Based on this， this article starts with the problems existing in the safety management of logistics warehouses， and proposes a series of countermeasures based on the actual situation of the development of logistics enterprises. It is hoped that this article's insights can provide useful reference and reflections.

0  引言

在市场经济的快速发展和企业生存所面临的严峻考验面前，传统的物流企业经营方式也发生了翻天覆地的变化，已经从原来的商品储存型朝着多种经营模式发展，当前出现比较普遍的有招商出租店面、倉库、租赁承包仓库的“外墙经营”等。由于企业经营方式的多样化发展，在带来新的发展契机的同时，也使物流企业面临诸多新的安全问题和考验，基于此，本人将结合当前形势，对物流仓库安全管理工作中的问题和对策展开系列研究。

1  当前物流仓库安全管理工作中存在的问题

1.1 仓库安全管理职责不明，执行力度不强

当前，很多物流企业仓库管理中都未配备专门的仓库管理人员，甚至一些企业采取其他人员兼任的方式进行管理，由此造成的物流仓库管理混乱、账实不符等问题突出。……
