摘 要 通过梳理城市植物生态档案的基本内涵和特点，总结城市植物生态档案的价值，为新时期的城市植物生态档案建设提供四个新策略和新方法：深入进行城市植物生态档案的理论研究，基于数据连续性的全程管理，建立完善的城市植物生态档案的资源体系，多部门协同、共同促进。

Abstract By sorting out the connotation and characteristics of urban plant ecological archives， this paper summarizes the value of urban plant ecological archives， and provides four new strategies and methods for the construction of urban plant ecological archives in the new era： conducting deep theoretical research on urban plant ecological archives， carrying put whole-process management based on data continuity， establishing complete resources system of urban plant ecological archives and collaborating with multiple departments.

2015年，《生態文明体制改革总体方案》中指出：“树立自然价值和自然资本的理念，自然生态是有价值的，保护自然就是增值自然价值和自然资本的过程，就是保护和发展生产力，就应得到合理回报和经济补偿。”2017年，习近平总书记在十九大报告中也指出，“坚持人与自然和谐共生”，“必须树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念，坚持节约资源和保护环境的基本国策”，并将“四位一体”总体布局调整为“五位一体”总体布局，将生态文明建设提到了前所未有的高度。而档案工作正在融入“五位一体”总体布局。所以，城市植物生态档案建设研究有利于城市的可持续发展，并对城市的生态平衡起到科学调整的积极作用。

一、城市植物生态档案的内容与特点

1.城市植物生态档案的含义。冯惠玲教授将档案表述为：档案是社会组织或个人在以往的社会实践活动中直接形成的具有清晰、确定的原始记录作用的固化信息。而作为档案之一的城市植物生态档案产生于城市植物生态建设活动过程中，其范围仅局限于人类在生态城市建设和管理活动中关于植物的部分。……
