[摘    要]水表是供水企业营销管理过程中的基础性计量工具，关系到整个供水企业的水量计算与费用生成。在以往主要使用的是基于无线技术的水表，受其功能大、信号覆盖低等特点的影响，增加了水务部门对水资源的管理难度。基于此，在物联网技术下，以重庆巨泰物联网集团有限公司生产提供的某系列智能水表为例，通过介绍物联网智能水表应用优势，为解决以往遇到的问题，从硬件系统及软件系统各方面对智能水表进行系统建构，经过应用后得到该系统可以满足居民可以及时掌握用水情况，同时实现水务部门对水表智能化管理，为未来新型智能城市建设与发展提供技术帮助。

The Construction of Smart Water Meter System Under the Internet of Things Technology

[Abstract]Water meter is a basic measurement tool in the marketing and management process of water supply enterprises， and is related to the calculation of water volume and cost generation of the entire water supply enterprise. In the past， water meters based on wireless technology were mainly used. Due to their large functions and low signal coverage， it has increased the difficulty of water management for water resources. Based on this， this research is based on the Internet of Things technology， taking a series of smart water meters produced by our company as an example， and introducing the advantages of smart water meters of the Internet of Things， in order to solve the problems encountered in the past， from the hardware system and the software system. Facing the construction of a smart water meter system， after application， the system can satisfy residents to grasp the water consumption situation in time， and at the same time realize the intelligent management of water meters by the water affairs department， providing technical assistance for the construction and development of new smart cities in the future.

物联网是指通过信息传感媒介，按照相关约定协议进行信息交换和通信，以实现智能化各项功能。近几年，物联网技术的发展在工业、医疗及物流等行业中得到广泛的应用。而物联网技术下所生产的智能水表是一款新型智能化水表，该水表与传统水表使用方式不同，可以解决以往使用功耗大、网路覆盖面小计数据安全性低等问题。目前，由于城市化建设进程较快，新装水表与水表维护的工作量逐渐增多，为了实现水务公司对水表管理工作精细化与智能化，需要对智能水表系统进行设计，方便数据传输与远程控制。
