摘  要：在变电站装设各类电气设备的检修围栏网，是为了防止检修人员误走入带电间隔，误进入非工作的区域，防范发生人身伤害的一项重要的技术措施。随着电力生产的发展，变电站检修时使用的安全围网技术不断改进，产品形式多样。根据生产现场的实际情况，依照南方电网公司电力安全工作规程，制定了统一的变电站检修时安全围网的装设规范。文章指导变电站检修时围栏网的装设和使用，使现场安全围栏网使用更加规范，根据各单位变电站工作现场的实际情况，不断进行改进和完善工作现场的安全设施，规范工作人员的作业行为，确保安全生产。

Abstract： The installation of maintenance fence net for all kinds of electrical equipment in the substation is an important technical measure to prevent the maintenance personnel from entering the live space， non working area and personal injury. With the development of electric power production， the safety fence technology used in substation maintenance is constantly improved， and the product forms are diverse. According to the actual situation of the production site， according to the electric power safety work regulations of China Southern Power Grid Corporation， a unified specification for the installation of the safety fence during the maintenance of the substation is formulated. This paper guides the installation and use of fence net during the maintenance of substation， so as to make the use of safety fence net more standardized. According to the actual situation of each unit's substation work site， it constantly improves the safety facilities of the work site， standardizes the work behavior of the staff and ensures the safety of production.

引言

變电站装设各类电气设备的检修围栏网主要用途是变电站各类设备的检修、操作及试验等工作的隔离，使用方便简单，工作现场保持整齐，对人身的安全起到保护、隔离以及安全警示的作用。电力行业尤其是电力生产运行企业的生产过程需要很多种隔离装置。隔离装置起到的作用就是：隔离危险，保障安全。在变电站室外设备检修时，装设安全围网是保证现场工作人员的安全措施之一，安全措施的布置可以保证电力工作人员的安全，保证电力工作人员不会走错间隔，避免发生安全事故。现阶段在变电站室外应用的安全围栏网都为传统式，由场地围栏地桩孔、围栏杆、围栏网等三部分组成。……
