【摘要】许多发达国家都在积极进行基础教育课程的改革，几乎所有国家都开始重视学生技术和生产劳动的校内外活动，并将其作为课程内容。我国经济的发展和社会的进步都离不开技术，可以说技术的发展水平直接影响到社会的发展水平。因此，新时代学校的教育要以学生的发展为基准，家长和教师应共同建立教育体系，培养小学生的劳动习惯，为我国技术的发展奠定良好基础。

【Abstract】Many developed countries are actively carrying out the reform of basic education curriculum.Almost all coun‐tries have begun to attach importance to students technical and productive labor activities inside and outside the school as the content of the curriculum. my countrys economic development and social progress are inseparable from technology. It can be said that the level of technological development directly affects the level of social development. Therefore， the education of schools in the new era should be based on the development of students. Parents and teachers should jointly establish an educa‐tion system to cultivate the working habits of primary school students and lay a good foundation for the development of tech‐nology in our country.

一、加強交流，提高家校合作凝聚力

（一）定期召开家长会

家长会一直以来都是家长和学校之间交流的重要途径，学校要定期召开家长会，积极对学生的劳动情况进行分析，促进学生良好劳动习惯的养成。教师和家长要积极交流，了解学生的真实劳动情况，这样才能对学生劳动习惯的培养做到有的放矢。在召开家长会时，家长要切实反映孩子的日常劳动习惯，做到真正意义上的家校合作。

（二）定期家访

家访是家校联系的直接桥梁，通过家访教师可以切实了解学生的校外劳动。除此之外，家访也能够对学生进行有针对性的教育，班主任要积极承担起家访的重任，根据学生的性格以及劳动意向与家长进行有效沟通。在家访时，班主任一定要真诚平等地对待每一个学生，对学生的劳动行为进行鼓励和表扬。如果学生的劳动习惯存有不足，班主任和家长应共同分析，找到合理有效的解决方案，这样才能够帮助学生解决实际问题，促进学生良好劳动习惯的养成。……
