摘 要：为进一步保障行人过街安全，从分析现阶段人行横道设置存在的位置不合理、宽马路缺少行人驻足空间、安全岛面积过小、行人与右转机动车冲突严重等问题，结合交通设施设置相关标准规范的规定并总结其中存在的不足，综合交通工程设计经验，研究人行横道与停止线距离，人行横道在公交车站、路内停车路段的合理设置方式，行人过街安全岛设置等优化设计方法，最后介绍了进一步提升人行横道夜间视认性的智能交通管理设施及其使用效果。

Research on standard setting method of pedestrian crossing

Abstract： Research on the standard setting method of pedestrian crossing and supporting facilities in order to further ensure the safety of pedestrian crossing， this paper analyzes the problems existing in the setting of pedestrian crosswalk at the present， such as unreasonable location， lack of pedestrian standing space on wide roads， too small area of safety island， frequent conflicts between pedestrians and right turning motor vehicles， etc.， and summarizes the existing deficiencies in combination with the provisions of standards and specifications related to the setting of traffic facilities， Based on the experience of traffic engineering design， this paper studies the distance between crosswalk and stop line， the reasonable setting mode of crosswalk at bus stops and on street parking sections， and the setting of pedestrian crossing safety island. Finally， it introduces the intelligent transportation facilities to further improve the night visibility of crosswalks and their application effects.

步行交通是最基本的出行方式，不同的交通参与者，不管选择何种出行方式都需要以步行作为出行的开始、过渡及结束，因此，即使是机动化出行方式占主导的今天，步行交通仍然是居民出行中最重要的交通方式。在城市道路設置步行设施尤其是行人过街设施时，必须要重视行人通行权，尽可能保证行人过街的安全、便捷和高效。

对于人行横道的规范设置方法，部分学者已经开展了相关研究。刘芳[1]针对路段人行横道位置、形式的确定方法以及公交停靠站与人行横道的设计等问题开展分析，探索行人过街与机动车交通的最佳组合；曾滢[2]等建立了公交专用道条件下路段停靠站与人行横道协调设计模，提出公交站周边人行横道的设置方法；杜先汗[3]、韦佼[4]等对过街设施进行分类，并提出了行人过街配套设施的设置方法；……
