摘  要：信息化在各行各业中都发挥着重要的作用。以档案管理工作角度来看，因为网络的不断发展和进步，档案管理的相关工作正处于不断地发展和变化过程中，信息化的管理模式能够让档案管理工作顺利推进。文章从档案信息化建设对档案管理的重要性出发，根据当下的档案信息化建设与档案管理的发展现状，分析当前的档案管理中存在的问题，并且提出促进档案信息化建设与档案管理的具体策略。

Abstract：Informatization plays an impor tant role in all walks of life. From the perspective of archives management，due to the continuous development and progress of the network，the related work of archives management is in the process of continuous development and change. The information management mode can make the file management work smoothly. Starting from the importance of archives informatization construction to archives management，this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current archives management according to the current development status of archives informatization construction and archives management，and puts forward specific strategies to promote the construction of archives informatization and archives management.

0  引  言

互联网和信息技术改变了我们的生活，一个人足不出户就能够接收到来自各个方面的信息，信息的管理和档案的建设也就变得更加重要，只有将各种信息和档案进行合理的信息化建设，才能够使得这些信息更好地被利用起来，實现更加高效的工作。信息化时代下相关的档案信息更加复杂，导致档案的管理任务更加繁重，因此，需要进行档案工作的信息化建设，才能促进财务系统更加高效地工作。

1  档案信息化建设的现状

1.1  档案信息化建设取得了一定的成效

2003年开始，山东省中医药研究院引入了联想浪潮系统，正式走上了信息化办公的道路，同时，济青高速铁路有限公司以及山东高速股份有限公司采用系统均与浪潮系统有一定相似性。当前单位在会计凭证、所有资产的档案管理和公司所有账目方面均采用的是信息化的手段进行相关资料的储存和调用，已经基本建立起了信息化办公、档案信息化建设也取得了一定的进展。……
