异型密封垫在发电机定子冷却水冷却器中的应用

摘 要:发电机组一般采用定子绕组水内冷、转子绕组氢内冷、定子铁芯及结构件氢表面冷却的方式。针对实际生产中定子冷却水冷却器在检修后容易泄漏的情况,结合设备结构和原O型密封垫结构分析研究,决定采用异型密封垫取代原O型密封垫。设备投入运行良好,无泄漏等异常情况,为机组的稳定运行提供了保障。

Application of special gasket in cooling water cooler of generator stator
Abstract: the generator unit generally adopts the methods of stator winding water internal cooling, rotor winding hydrogen internal cooling, stator core and structure parts hydrogen surface cooling. In view of the fact that the stator cooling water cooler is easy to leak after maintenance in actual production, combined with the analysis and research of the equipment structure and the original O-type gasket structure, it is decided to replace the original O-type gasket with the special gasket. The equipment is put into good operation without leakage and other abnormal conditions, which provides a guarantee for the stable operation of the unit.

发电机定子冷却水系统,主要是冷却水水箱的水由定子冷却水水泵加压后,经过冷却器降温后冷却发电机定子绕组,最后返回到冷却水水箱。针对冷却器在检修后容易出现泄漏的情况,通过对设备的结构和原有密封垫结构不足的研究分析,对原有密封垫结构进行改进,解决了冷却器的泄漏,也更好的将冷却器内定子冷却水与循环水隔绝。同时改进后的密封垫更加便于冷却器封头的回装,为检修工作提供了便利,也为机组的稳定运行提供了保障。
1.设备结构
本设备为卧式水冷式水冷却器,如图1和图2所示:
该冷却器冷却水进水口在冷却器下部,冷却水出水口在冷却器上部,且进水口和出水口在不同侧。循环水位于冷却器同侧,冷却器内循环水管束中间有堵板,将循环水管束分为循环水进水管束和循环水出水管束。循环水在冷却器B侧的循环水进水口进入,进入循环水进水管束,循环水从进水管束出来通过冷却器壳体A侧的封头改变流向进入循环水出水管束,通过循环水出水口流出。……
