【摘 要】目的：重点分析急性胆结石患者运用优质护理服务后对其心理和疼痛产生的影响。方法：选取我院2018年（1月～10月份）收治的急性胆结石患者56例，将其分为两组即：对照组（28例）护理方法：常规护理，而应用组（28例）给予优质护理，将护理后的效果进行互比分析。结果：在护理后应用组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组；护理后应用组疼痛感显著低于对照组。结论：为急诊胆结石患者实施优质护理不仅能改善患者的不良心理，同时亦能缓解疼痛感，为提升治疗疗效的意义深远，故该种护理模式值得临床推广和借鉴。

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the psychological and pain effects of high-quality nursing service on patients with acute gallstones. Methods： 56 patients with acute gallstones admitted to our hospital in 2018 （January to October） were divided into two groups： control group （28 cases） nursing method： routine nursing， and application group （28 cases） giving high-quality nursing， and the effect of nursing was compared. Results： After nursing， the scores of SAS and SDS in the application group were significantly lower than those in the control group， and the pain feeling in the application group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion： The implementation of high-quality nursing for emergency patients with gallstones can not only improve the patients'bad psychology， but also relieve pain. It is of far-reaching significance to improve the curative effect of treatment. Therefore， this nursing model is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.

目前，我國胆结石的发病率呈逐年增高态势发展，该病的发生与患者的日常不良生活习惯、不良饮食习惯、工作压力等有密切的关系。该病发作时，患者会产生剧烈的疼痛，故多数患者存在不同程度的不良心理，如：焦虑、恐惧、抑郁等，不仅影响治疗疗效，亦影响治疗工作顺利的开展[1]，为此笔者将该类患者作为本次研究课题中的研究对象，为其实施优质护理，将对护理效果进行重点分析，主要宗旨是为日后工作中积累丰富的经验，同时能更好的为该类患者服务，特将相关材料阐述如下。

1 材料与方法

1.1胆结石患者临床资料

对照组（28例）性别构成比：女性12例：男性16例；年龄：分布在23～69岁之间，均龄44.6岁；19例患者为肝内胆管结石，其余9例患者为胆总管结石。

应用组（28例）性别构成比：女性13例：男性15例；……
