【摘 要】目的：探讨精细化药房管理模式在医院门诊药房工作中的效果。方法：选取2018年2月-2018年12月在我医院门诊药房工作的28例人员为研究目标，按照1：1的比例分为两组，对照组采用常规管理模式，观察组采用精细化药房管理模式，对两组护理满意度、调剂差错发生率以及工作效率的情况进行对比。结果：观察组护理满意度、工作效率均高于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）；观察组调剂差错的发生率低于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：在医院门诊药房工作中采用精细化药房管理模式，可以降低调剂差错的发生率，提高工作人员的工作效率和患者对护理工作的满意度。

【Abstract】Objective： Exploring the effect of refined pharmacy management mode in the work of hospital outpatient pharmacy. Methods：28 patients who worked in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital from February 20 to December 2018 were selected as the research targets. They were divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1：1. The control group used the conventional pharmacy management mode， and the observation group used the refined pharmacy. Management mode， comparing the satisfaction of the two groups of patients， the incidence of adjustment errors and the efficiency of work.Results：The nursing satisfaction and work efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence of adjustment errors in the observation group was lower than that of the control group， and the difference was significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion：The use of a refined pharmacy management mode in the outpatient pharmacy work of the hospital can reduce the incidence of adjustment errors， improve the work efficiency of the staff and the patient's satisfaction with the nursing work.

近些年，我國药品质量的问题逐渐加重，人们生活水平的提高对药品的质量提出了更多的要求和标准，不仅要确保要药品的质量还要保障患者可以安全用药，除此之外，还要对药品采用正确的方法进行储藏和管理。药品主要是为了控制和治疗人类的疾病，一旦药物在性质上发生了变化，药品在使用的过程中就会失去了本身的作用，甚至还会在服用之后使患者发生不良反应，严重威胁患者的生命安全[1]。由于医院门诊药房会与患者直接接触，所以要采取有效的方法对其药品进行管理，确保患者用药的安全性，保证药品的质量，进而满足满足医院的实际需要。因此，本次研究通过以医院门诊药房工作的28例工作人员为研究对象，发现精细化药房管理模式的效果非常显著，并报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

此次研究目标为在我医院门诊药房工作的28例人员为研究目标，将其平均分为对照组和观察组，观察组男5例，女9例，年龄在22-40岁之间，平均年龄为（31±9）岁，其中有5名工作人员为中职学历，6名为本科学历，3名为大专学历。……
