摘要：针对电力工人由于失误爬错变压器台架导致触电的情况。本文设计一种变压器台架防触电警示装置。本装置以光电感应装置方式启动台架警报系统，由近电感应器、无线通信系统、光电感应开关、高压检测模块、声光警报、单片机处理系统组成。将电压显示、预警警报、远程操控集合与一体的多功能装置，降低防护网制作成本、提高安全性能，符合社会需求。

Absrtact：Aiming at the problems of low efficiency， simple and passive design and low safety guarantee of existing transformer platform. A new type of anti - electric shock warning device is redesigned. This device starts the alarm system in the form of photoelectric induction device， which is composed of voltage detection device， wireless communication system， photoelectric induction switch， high-voltage detection module， Sound and light alarm and single-chip microcomputer processing system. Voltage display， early warning and alarm， remote control set and integration of multi-functional devices， reduce the production cost of protective nets， improve safety performance， meet the needs of society.

引言

目前，高压台架进行检修前，先要断电。然后再通知检修工人登台维修，由于高压台架周围没有安装带电警示装置，工作人员需要凭记忆去寻找需要维修的高压台架，虽然大多数工人不会出错，但也有少数的工作人员由于记忆错误或是精神状态不好而误登带电高压台架，导致重大人员伤亡的事故时由发生。

本文为解决上述问题，提出在高压台架的安全区域安装高压台架防触电警示装置。若高压台架带电，同时有工作人员进入高压台架的安全区域时，警示装置便通过语音提示和高亮光报警，提醒工作人员不要继续攀登。此装置有效避免了工作人员由于失误误登带电高压台架造成的重大伤亡事故，从而保障了设备与工作人员的人生安全。
