研究性学习在全科医学教学中的应用分析

【摘  要】目的探究全科醫学教学中采取研究性学习应用效果。方法随机抽取我院2017年1月~2018年我院实习医师、住院规培医师及全科转岗培训医师总计400例,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各200例,对照组采取常规教学,观察组采取研究性学习培训,比较两组教学效果。结果观察组理论成绩、实践成绩高于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05),观察组教学总满意度为96.00%,高于对照组86.00%,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论全科医学教学中,采取研究性学习干预,可有效提升学生整体成绩,提高教学满意度,值得推广应用。

Application of Research Learning in General Practice Teaching

Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of inquiry learning in general practice teaching. MethodsA total of 400 interns, resident trainers and general practitioners were randomly selected from January 2017 to 2018. According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups, 200 cases in each group. The control group was given routine teaching, while the observation group was given research-based learning training, and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe theoretical and practical results of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.00%, higher than 86.00% of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). ConclusionResearch-based learning intervention in general practice teaching can effectively improve students'overall performance and teaching satisfaction, which is worthy of popularization and application.

全科医学作为一门整合生物医学、行为科学以及社会科学最新研究成果及通科医疗成功经验作为基础,所产生一门具有独特价值观、方法论综合性临床医学学科。现阶段主要对社区内常见健康问题并予以综合性解决[1]。常常理论与实践紧密结合特点,全科医学教学中注重对学生观念培养及实际解决问题能力培训,对其不单单停留在理论讲授层次,因此,对上述课程教学及全科医学生培训显得尤为重要[2]。研究性学习作为一种新型课程模式,将学习主动权交给学生,教师利用创设问题情境,借鉴科学研究基本方式,引导学生在研究期间主动获取相关知识,培养智力及能力,让学生主动收集并分析信息,感受及体验相关知识在现实应用学习过程[3]。文章就全科医学教学中应用研究性学习实际情况如下分析,现报道如下。……
