球笼式等速万向联轴器强度设计缺陷的回归辨识

摘要:相对复杂的机械元件的强度受到诸多的因素影响制约,这些影响因素对于零部件的强度也有较为复杂的关系。本文研究的是球笼式等速万向联轴器,因此在构建数学模型分析下,常常会对球笼式等速万向联轴器的强度设计缺陷带来了较为困难的辨识。判断该款万向联轴器的强度依据的是它内外沟道的接触力,找出影响联轴器的接触力的相关设计参数,将它设置为回归方程中的因变量,并且建立各种的影响制约因素与联轴器的接触面积做回归方程。利用回归方程计算出来的结果进行分析,可以算出联轴器内外沟道受外界的各个影响因素对的影响程度大小,并且能够大致得出联轴器受到各个影响因素的误差值,将新得出的设计方案中的每一项参数数值再次带入到回归方程中,然后计算出回归方程得到的数值与历史参数设计二者之间的差值,通过分析对比最大误差值与得出的差值,就能够分析出球笼式等速万向联轴器强在设计产生的强度缺陷,非常有利于提高产品质量并且提高工作效率。

Abstract: the strength of the relatively complex mechanical components is restricted by many factors, which also have a more complex relationship with the strength of the parts. This paper studies the ball cage constant speed universal coupling, so under the analysis of mathematical model, it is difficult to identify the strength design defect of the ball cage constant speed universal coupling. The strength of the universal coupling is judged based on the contact force of its internal and external channels, and the relevant design parameters affecting the contact force of the coupling are found, and it is set as a dependent variable in the regression equation. A regression equation is established for the contact area of the coupling. Using the results calculated by the regression equation, we can calculate the degree of influence of the external factors on the inner and outer channels of the coupling, and we can roughly get the error value of the coupling affected by each factor. Each parameter value in the newly obtained design scheme is once again brought into the regression equation, and then the difference between the value obtained by the regression equation and the historical parameter design is calculated. By analyzing the maximum error value and the resulting difference, It is possible to analyze the strength defects of the ball cage constant speed universal coupling in the design, which is very conducive to improving product quality and working efficiency.
