【摘  要】中药来源于自然界中，且为我国历史中传统用药，且距今已有2000多年的使用历史。但长期以来，我国对中药及中成药的研究偏重于其中药有效化学成分、疗效、药理作用及安全性，对其中含有的无机成分研究报道较少。伴随着世界中“元素医学”的兴起及我国中药、药物无机化学的发展，部分医学专家对中药及中成药中的微量元素进行探究。本文主要对含朱砂中成药中的无机微量元素及其测定方式采用综述的形式加以探究，以此为临床研究及用药安全性等提供理论支持。

Progress in the study and determination of trace elements in Chinese patent medicines containing cinnabar

【Abstract】traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） originated in the natural world and has been used for more than 2000 years in Chinese history. However， for a long time， the research on Chinese medicine and proprietary Chinese medicine focuses on its effective chemical components， efficacy， pharmacological action and safety， and there are few reports on its inorganic components. With the rise of "element medicine" in the world and the development of Chinese traditional medicine and drug inorganic chemistry， some medical experts explore trace elements in Chinese traditional medicine and proprietary Chinese medicine. In this paper， the inorganic trace elements in Chinese patent medicine containing cinnabar and their determination methods were discussed in the form of a review， which provided theoretical support for clinical research and drug safety.

朱砂屬于矿物质中药的一种，其具有清心安神之效，且常与补心养血类中药材配伍。伴随着公众生活水平的提升等，心脑血管类疾病的患病率逐年上升，因此含朱砂中成药的应用在临床中较为广泛，尤其是对于部分疑难杂症具有特殊疗效^[1]。但伴随着中药中微量元素的深入研究，部分研究人员认为部分无机微量元素与中成药的药效存在密切关系。朱砂的成分主要为硫化汞，其被收录在《中华人民共和国药典》2015年版的一部中，其中含有朱砂的中成药较多，因此其中微量元素的研究也备受关注^[2-3]。在含朱砂中成药中约有14种微量元素，因此本文主要对以上微量元素的研究及其测定方式加以阐述，以此了解其对中成药药效等的影响。
