【摘  要】在全球范围内恶性肿瘤的患病率和死亡率逐年上升且呈年轻化趋势，它仍然是世界上最致命的疾病之一。恶性肿瘤的主要治疗方法包括放疗、化疗及手术，其中化疗与放疗引起的不良反应会严重损害到身体机能，使患者的生存质量降低。因此，寻找副作用少的新药是当下抗肿瘤药物领域研究的重点。许多来源于天然植物的化合物安全有效，在癌症等多种疾病的防治方面表现出巨大的潜力，Butein（紫铆花素：2′，3，4，4′-四羟基查尔酮）是一种从植物中提取出来的天然多酚物质，具有多种生物学活性，大量的文献证实Butein对包括肝癌、肺癌、宫颈癌、膀胱癌、黑色素瘤、骨肉瘤等多种肿瘤具有明确的抗肿瘤作用。文章旨在对紫铆因在恶性肿瘤中的作用进行一综述。

Research progress of butein in malignant tumors

【Abstract】In the world， the prevalence and mortality of malignant tumors are increasing year by year and showing a younger trend， it is still one of the deadliest diseases in the world. The main treatment methods of malignant tumor include radiotherapy， chemotherapy and surgery， in which the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy will seriously damage the body function and reduce the quality of life of patients. Therefore， the search for new， safe and effective anti-tumor methods is the focus of the current research in the field of antineoplastic drugs. Many compounds from natural plants are safe and effective and show great potential in the prevention and treatment of cancer and other diseases. Butein is a kind of natural polyphenols extracted from plants， which has a variety of biological activities. A large number of literatures have confirmed that Butein has a clear anti-tumor effect on a variety of tumors， including liver cancer， lung cancer， cervical cancer， bladder cancer， melanoma， osteosarcoma and so on. The purpose of this paper is to review the role of purple riveting in malignant tumor.

前言

目前恶性肿瘤仍是困扰医学界的一大难题， 虽然恶性肿瘤在基础和临床研究中已取得较大进展，但恶性肿瘤的发病率和死亡率仍呈逐年上升趋势。恶性肿瘤的常规治疗包括手术、放疗和化疗，虽然在一定程度上能够延长患者的生存时间，但同时也存在很多副反应以及并发症，肿瘤细胞耐药性也是恶性肿瘤易复发和预后差的重要原因之一，因此，寻找疗效确切、毒副作用少的新藥物成为恶性肿瘤治疗的研究热点。大量研究表明，许多天然产物在治疗恶性肿瘤方面表现中巨大潜力。Butein（紫铆花素：2′，3，4，4′-四羟……
