摘  要：园长是乡村学前教育事业能否落地扎根的灵魂人物。研制优秀乡村幼儿园长的培养路径，对乡村幼教事业至关重要。通过多年度的问卷调查和访谈，在实施乡村园长短期集中研修项目培训中，形成了相应的培训模式：训前--“系、驻、扶”构建高效协同支持服务体系，加强训前调研;训中--形成精准化课程体系，提高课堂有效性，构建“六步走”培训体系;训后--依托智慧职教等互联网+平台，搭建紧密性训后跟踪体系。

关键词：乡村园长;短期集中研修培训;实施模式

Abstract：Rural kindergarten headmasters are the implementers of preschool education and an important part of rural preschool education. It is a long-term and arduous task to train qualified rural kindergarten headmasters with great responsibilities，obstacles and difficulties，and to cultivate excellent rural kindergarten headmasters. Short-term concentrated training projects can be described as a necessary path. Hunan Vocational College of Nationalities proposed a lot of suggestions after series times of short-term training：built efficient coordination support service system;Precise pre-training research and systematic curriculum;improve classroom effectiveness and innovate training models;Build a post-training tracking service system relying on Internet +.Mainly results include：the practicality of training process;the combination of knowledge and practice;help a large number of left-behind children and train a number of seed headmasters through series of volunteer activities. Written paper to provide reference to follow-up training.

一、引言

学前教育是整个教育体系中非常重要的阶段，幼儿园园长又是园所发展的领头羊，也是关系到幼儿教育事业发展的重要因素，而乡村幼儿园园长可以说是乡村学前教育的灵魂，她们带领着一批乡村幼儿园园长，组成乡村学前教育的中坚力量，但是乡村园长的专业理念、专业知识和专业技能水平相较城市园长有不小的差距，这是由于缺乏同伴间交流的渠道，培训机会甚少，个人孤独感强烈，教学任务繁重[1]，这些都影响了乡村园长的成长以及新知识的吸收。能否有一支相对稳定的乡村园长队伍决定了我国农村教育落后面貌能否改变。针对当下良莠不齐的乡村师资队伍，“国培计划”应运而生，该计划是提高乡村中小学园长特别是乡村园长队伍的整体素质的一项重要工程，包含了“中西部农村骨干园长培训项目”[2]。短期集中研修项目旨在利用短期时间，培训一批符合中小学幼儿园教育需求的园长/园长。……
