摘要：随着我国经济的高速发展，建筑能耗，能源价格也随之上涨，特别是国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑高耗能的问题日益突出。医院属大型公共机构建筑的重要组成部分之一，医院的能耗成本也水涨船高，这给医院经营方面带来了不小压力，是否将能源有效使用，避免浪费，充分做到按需所用，是当前许多医院面临的首要问题。为了确保医院正常工作的能源需求且实现有效节能，建立能源远程监控与管理系统、掌握医院水、电、暖、气能耗的实时数据、对医院各种能源系统进行分布式监控与集中管理。

ABSTRACT：With the rapid development of China's economy，building energy consumption，energy prices also rise，especially the high energy consumption of government office buildings and large public buildings has become increasingly prominent. Hospital is one of the important parts of large-scale public institutions，and the cost of energy consumption in hospitals is also rising. This has brought great pressure to the hospital management. Whether to use energy effectively，avoid waste，and make full use of it on demand is the primary problem facing many hospitals. In order to ensure the normal work of the hospital energy demand and achieve effective energy-saving，the establishment of energy remote monitoring and management system，to grasp the hospital water，electricity，heating，gas real-time data，a variety of hospital energy systems for distributed monitoring and centralized management.

0引言

随着各种能源价格的飞涨，各医院用于能耗的开支費用日益增加，各管理部门均想方设法节约能耗开支。每所医院都有我们无法忽视的成本，那就是巨额能耗。而多数医院都是根据以往的经验来管理使用能源，这种粗放型的能源管理方式，使得多数管理者只能从保障设备安全运行的角度对能源进行管理，而很难从效率和成本的角度，对能源的使用实施效率管理。我们往往花费大量的精力通过行政管理手段来进行能源管理和节能宣传工作，如：“节约用电”、“随手关灯”、“节约用水”、“拧紧水龙头”等等，但收效甚微。因为缺乏科学的计量考核、用能监测体系，使得多数管理者不清楚能耗漏洞在哪里？什么时间消耗了多少？改善的机会是什么？有哪些？
