摘 要：作为英国维多利亚时期现实主义小说家之一，查尔斯狄更斯把写作重点更多地放在下层阶级的生活描写上，以反映现实社会中的假恶丑，表述他对维多利亚社会的态度。然而，他的作品在反映社会状况的同时，也披露了一系列严重的生态问题。小说对工业化带来的社会问题，及生态恶化的根源进行了批判。其生态批评思想对人类在文明的进程中思考生态与人、生态与文学的关系奠定了基础。本文从生态批评的角度对狄更斯的作品进行分析和欣赏，并随着对“真实”伦敦的介绍，试图将真实的伦敦与真实的伦敦联系起来并加以区分。

Abstract：As a realistic novelist， Dickens laid more emphasis on the lives of the lower class workers to reflect the odiousness of real society and to voice his attitude towards Victorian society. Therefore， His works reflect not only the Victorian social conditions but also a series of serious ecological problems. On one hand， Charles Dickenss depiction of Londons environment can be viewed as eco-literature， and this thesis analyzes and appreciates Dickenss works from the perspective of eco-criticism. On the other hand， Dickenss rhetorical depiction exaggerated the ugliness that existed in the society. With the introduction of “real” London， in the end of this thesis， this thesis alternates between fact and fiction and attempts to connect and distinguish literal London and real London.

一、引言

作为维多利亚时期的文学巨匠，狄更斯在作品中从各方面再现了伦敦的面貌。其作品以描绘人心、批判现实为名，能够很大程度上激励人类去思考和探索正确的、可持续的工业科技的发展方式。因而，解析其作品中人、社会与自然的关系便成为狄更斯研究者任重道远的使命。而生态批评以结合历史赏析文学为前提，将文学与自然合二为一，以自然为前提，探究文本中人与人、人与社会、社会与自然的关系以及人的内心世界，从而揭示文学作品所隐含的生态思想、生态危机、生态审美等艺术表现。因而，从生态批评的角度来赏析狄更斯笔下的文学伦敦与真实伦敦意义深远。本文从自然生态、社会生态及精神生态展开论述，以对比赏析狄更斯笔下的文学伦敦与真实伦敦。……
