【摘  要】目的：探讨机器人辅助腹腔镜下回肠原位新膀胱术围手术期应用快速康复科护理的效果。方法：将我院2016年3月至2017年2月收治的11例膀胱癌患者作为对照组，将2017年3月至2018年2月收治的12例患者作为研究组，所有患者行机器人辅助腹腔镜下回肠原位新膀胱术治疗，围手术期分别行常规护理、快速康复外科护理，对比干预效果。结果：研究组术后恢复时间（除支架管留置时间外）、并发症发生率、舒适度评分均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在机器人辅助腹腔镜下回肠原位新膀胱术围手术期行快速康复外科护理，可提高舒适度，预防并发症，缩短康复时间。

Analysis of the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative nursing of robot-assisted laparoscopic ileoorthotopic new bladder operation

【Abstract】objective： to explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation department nursing in perioperative period for robot-assisted laparoscopic ileal orthotopic new bladder surgery. Methods： from March 2016 to February 2017 were 11 cases of bladder cancer patients as control group， will March 2017 to February 2018， 12 patients were treated as a group， all patients in situ new robot assisted laparoscopic ileal for the treatment of bladder， perioperative routine nursing， quick healing surgical nursing， respectively， compare the effect of intervention. Results： the postoperative recovery time （except stent indwelling time）， complication rate and comfort score of the study group were all better than that of the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in the perioperative period of ileum orthotopic new bladder operation under robot-assisted laparoscope can improve comfort， prevent complications and shorten the recovery time.

機器人辅助腹腔镜下回肠原位新膀胱术是治疗膀胱癌的新术式，其具有视野清晰、高效精细操作、功能保护等优势，故在临床得到广泛应用。然而，手术侵入性操作必定会导致患者生理及心理发生一定的应激反应，影响预后恢复，故围手术期护理模式的选择至关重要。我院针对此类患者进行前瞻性研究，旨在分析围手术期护理中常规护理理念与快速康复外科理念的应用价值，具体如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择我院2016年3月至2018年2月收治的23例行机器人辅助腹腔镜下回肠原位新膀胱术治疗的膀胱癌患者为研究对象，以整群抽样法将2016年3月至2017年2月收治的11例膀胱癌患者作为对照组，将2017年3月至2018年2月收治的12例患者作为研究组。……
