摘 要：“保护环境”在我们的生活中是一个高频词汇，那么对应的就是“环境污染”，噪音污染就是其中之一。随着人们对环保的重视，各行各业都开始加大环境保护力度，近几年石油化工行业也开始通过各种措施减少环境污染。本论文针对PTA氧化工段的空气压缩部分管线的工程实例，从噪音来源，工程设计中如何降噪，以及进一步的改进等多方面入手，论述了化工装置中降噪的可行性和降噪材料选择的注意事项

Abstract：“Protecting the environment” is a high-frequency vocabulary in our life， so the corresponding is "environmental pollution"， noise pollution is one of them. With people's attention to environmental protection， all walks of life have begun to strengthen environmental protection. In recent years， the petrochemical industry has begun to reduce environmental pollution through various measures. Based on the engineering example of air compressed pipeline in PTA oxidation section， this paper discusses the feasibility of noise reduction in chemical plant and the matters needing attention in choosing noise reduction materials from noise sources， how to reduce noise in engineering design and further improvement.

目前工程项目中噪音污染是普遍存在的。各工业企业和工程公司对降噪的处理方案多种多样，降噪效果也各不相同。本文以某PTA项目氧化工段空气压缩单元为例，从噪音的产品，解决措施以及进一步改进方案等多方面探讨噪音污染及降噪的措施。

1 项目概况

该项目是一套年运行时间为8，000小时、生产能力为246万吨/年的PTA装置来生产精对苯二甲酸产品，考虑到目前环保要求，此工艺装置采用BP公司TA/PTA先进环保型工艺，可使废水和气体污染排放减少3倍，固体废物减少一半，挥发性有机化合物（VOC）排放基本消除，噪音量也有很大的改善，以满足PTA项目的环保要求。PTA工艺分三个部分：氧化工段、精致工段和污水预处理工段。在氧化工段，原料对二甲苯、醋酸溶剂、液体催化剂和氢溴酸（HBr）混合后送入氧化反应器，与空气中的氧气发生反应，生成粗对苯二甲酸（TA）。在精制工段，由氧化工段生产的对苯二甲酸经过净化处理，降低4-羧基苯甲醛（4-CBA）和其他杂质含量，获得满足产品质量要求的PTA。……
