【摘  要】目的：研究护理安全干预对消毒供应中心中消毒供应物品质量及临床满意度的影响。方法：选取我院在2017年4月-2017年12月期间消毒供应中心未实施护理干预的52包物品纳入对照组，自2018年1月-2018年11月期间已实施护理安全干预的消毒供应中心的52包物品作为观察组，共104包，对比两组消毒物品合格率、护理风险发生情况、临床满意度、护理风险意识评分、物品质量缺陷和无菌物品存放问题。结果：观察组物品合格率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组消毒物品护理风险率相比于对照组明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实施后相比于实施前临床满意度明显提高，护士风险意识也明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组相比于对照组物品包质量缺陷以及无菌物品存放问题质量明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在消毒供应中心管理中实施护理安全干预，能够有效提高消毒物品合格率，减少不良事件的发生，也提高临床满意度，在临床效果好，值得进一步推广使用。

Influence of nursing safety management on the goods quality and clinical satisfaction in the sterilization and supply center

【Abstract】Objective：To study the influence of nursing safety management on the goods quality and clinical satisfaction in the sterilization and supply center. Methods：52 items without taking the nursing interventions from April 2017 to December 2017 in our sterilization and supply center were selected （control group）. 52 items of taking the nursing safety management from January 2018 to November 2018 were selected（observation group）.The eligible disinfection rate， nursing risks， clinical satisfaction，nurses risk consciousness scores， quality defects and aseptic supply storage issues were compared.Results： The eligible disinfection rate in the observation group was higher than control group （P<0.05）; the nursing risk rate in the observation group was lower than control group （P<0.05）; the clinical satisfaction and nurses risk consciousness for two groups were higher than before （P<0.05）; the rate of quality defects and aseptic supply storage tissues in the observation group was lower than control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion： The nursing safety management can increase the eligible disinfection rate， reduce the adverse event rate and improve the clinical satisfaction. It shall be further applied in clinical practice.

消毒供應中心是负责医院里各种无菌物品的供应单位，主要对各种医疗器械进行消毒灭菌、清洗以及包装等工作^[1-2]。我国在2009年4月1日卫生部颁布的《医院消毒供应中心管理规范》等6项卫生行业规范中明确规定消毒供应中心的重要性^[3]。近些年来随着医学的发展，各大医院内所需要使用的供应物品种类多，涉及科室广，在消毒供应中心的每项工作，严重影响着医疗护理工作质量、患者的生命安全以及治疗效果，若消毒不彻底，将会在院内造成交叉感染，产生不良事件^[4-5]。……
