摘要：目的：研究地塞米松联合甲巯咪唑治疗慢性自身免疫性甲状腺炎（CAT）的临床效果。方法：选取本院收治的42例CAT患者，根据治疗方法不同分为观察组21例（地塞米松+甲巯咪唑））和对照组21例（甲巯咪唑），观察两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率、各项观察指标均优于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：给予CAT患者地塞米松联合甲巯咪唑治疗效果显著，值得推广。

[abstract] objective：to study the clinical effect of dexamethasone combined with methimazole in the treatment of chronic autoimmune thyroiditis（CAT）. Methods：42 CAT patients admitted to our hospital were divided into 21 patients in the observation group（dexamethasone + mercaptoprazole）and 21 patients in the control group（mercaptoprazole）according to different treatment methods to observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results：the total effective rate and each observation index of the observation group were better than that of the control group，and the comparison was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion：dexamethasone combined with methimazole in CAT patients is effective and worth popularizing.

慢性自身免疫性甲狀腺炎（CAT）是临床常见的一种疾病，发病机制不确定，不但病程长、发病缓，且多发于中年女性[1]。现阶段，临床治疗该病并没有特殊方法[2]。地塞米松是临床常见抗炎类糖皮质激素，在减轻炎症方面对甲状腺的损伤效果更好。甲巯咪唑可对淋巴细胞的分泌功能进行抑制，也能抑制甲状腺的合成功能，进而减轻临床症状，从而达到免疫状态的转化。本次研究发现地塞米松联合甲巯咪唑治疗CAT效果更佳，具体内容如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1 临床资料

选取本院2017年3月至2018年3月期间收治的CAT患者42例，根据治疗方法不同分为观察组（n=21）和对照组（n=21），观察组男10例，女11例，年龄23～49岁，平均（31.02±2.78）岁；对照组男11例，女10例，年龄24～51岁，平均（31.52±3.02）岁。两组一般资料对比无统计学意义（P>0.05），可进行对比。

1.2 方法

对照组给予口服甲巯咪唑片（生产厂家：北京北卫药业有限责任公司；国药准字：H11020721；规格：5mg）治疗，每次2片，3次/天。观察组在对照组基础上加用地塞米松注射液（生产厂家：成都天台山制药有限公司；国药准字：H51020723；规格：1ml：5mg）治疗，每次5mg，注射后局部按压10min左右。当……
