摘要：随着我国经济的持续稳定发展，各行各业的发展也取得了长足的进步。而在整个发展过程当中，由于出现地质灾害，导致了对整体的发展造成了一定的影响，同时也危害到了人们的生命财产安全。所以说，对于地质灾害的防治与地理环境的充分利用是十分重要的，同时也是避免地质灾害造成影响的基础。本文主要对地质灾害防治和地质环境的合理利用进行了阐述，以供参考。

Abstract： with the continuous and stable development of China's economy， the development of all walks of life has made great progress. In the whole process of development， geological disasters have caused a certain impact on the overall development， but also jeopardized the safety of people's lives and property. Therefore， it is very important for the prevention and control of geological disasters and the full utilization of geographical environment， as well as the basis for avoiding the impact of geological disasters. This paper mainly expounds the prevention and control of geological hazards and the rational utilization of geological environment for reference.

地球是处在不断的运动与演变中的，在这一系列的运动与变化中，往往会导致一些自然灾害的发生。况且，由于人类频繁的活动，导致大自然的不断变化。在诸多的人类活动当中，有许多活动时不符合自然发展的规律的，与大自然的正常发展相违背。因此，必定会导致地质灾害等的发生。其中，地质灾害是众多自然灾害中发生较为频繁与常见的。因此，要全面的采取措施来防止或避免这一灾害的发生，此外，还要对有关地质环境等相关的知识进行掌握，在此基础上进行全面防治，从而达到良好的效果。

1地质灾害和地质环境

1.1地质灾害

地质灾害是一种由于地表作用或人为不正当行为发生的一种恶性变化，直接引起地表的变化，包括滑坡和泥石流等，消极影响比较大。这种灾害有一定的不可抗性和不可预测性，针对特殊性，需要从实际情况入手，做好具体分析工作。如果不及时预测地质灾害，将直接产生安全隐患。……
