渤中25—1南油田出砂井治理技术应用

摘 要:海上油田受海上平台空间、处理流程、井槽等因素限制,开发时井网密度较低。而油井提液作为水驱油藏开发中后期稳定油田产能、提高油田采收率的一项经济挖潜措施,在海上油田普遍应用。受海上油田储层胶结疏松,泥质细粉砂含量高等影响,部分提液井在提液生产后出现油井出砂影响正常生产的问题。本文简述了大修重新防砂、小筛管防砂和化学防砂几项海上防砂技术在渤中25-1南油田的应用,对比不同技术在出砂井的治理效果。

Abstract:The development of offshore oilfield is limited by platform space, treatment process, well slot and other factors. The well density during the development is quite low. As a economical measure to stabilize production and increase recovery efficiency, liquid extraction is widely used in offshore oilfield. Some oil wells shut down after liquid extraction due to sanding caused by loosen reservoir and siltstone. This paper sketches several sand control technique used in BZ25-1S oil field, including workover sand control, small sieve tube sand control and chemical sand control. Compare the treatment effect of these measures.

渤中25-1南油田是淺水三角洲河道沉积为主的砂岩稠油油藏,储层沉积具有“带状分布”特点,河道中部与边部非均质性较强。为有效动用河道边部储量,油田对供液能力充足的井区采取提液加大生产压差增加储量动用对策。由于油田胶结强度低、粉砂含量高、防砂筛管耐冲蚀强度低,在提液过程中部分油井因出砂导致限液甚至关停,影响了油田产能的有效释放。
为更好解决油井出砂,释放油藏潜力,恢复单井产能。在渤中25-1南油田分别应用了大修重新防砂、小筛管防砂、化学防砂3种出砂井治理措施。
1 出砂井治理技术
1.1 大修重新防砂
海上油田主要采用优质筛管、砾石充填两种防砂技术。在实际生产过程中发现,优质筛管防砂的油井受含砂流体不断冲蚀,易导致筛管破损失效最终油井出砂停井问题。而砾石充填防砂完井,由于砾石层的挡砂作用,减缓了流体冲蚀作用,防砂效果优于优质筛管。……
