摘要：目的 观察糖尿病合并上消化道出血的临床治疗效果。方法：选取我院于2016年11月-2018年2月收治的糖尿病合并上消化道出血患者63名，将其作为本文研究对象，治疗后将其治疗结果进行有效记录分析。结果：63名糖尿病合并上消化道出血患者有61名患者痊愈后出院，痊愈率为（96.83%），有2名患者有明显好转，但是还未达到出院标准，继续留院治疗，所有患者的平均治疗时间为（7.16±1.94）天。結论：对于糖尿病合并上消化道出血患者应该在入院时尽快进行病情的了解和确诊，并根据患者的情况，制定详细的治疗方针，快速的对患者进行止血和补充血液的处理方式，采用胃黏膜保护剂治疗，同时按需使用胰岛素控制血糖，使患者更快更好的康复。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of diabetes mellitus combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods：63 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study，and the treatment results were recorded and analyzed effectively after treatment. Results：Sixty-one patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were discharged from hospital after recovery. The recovery rate was 96.83%. Two patients improved significantly，but did not meet the discharge standard. They continued to stay in hospital for treatment. The average treatment time of all patients was（7.16 +1.94）days. Conclusion：Patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage should be known and diagnosed as soon as possible when they are admitted to hospital. According to the patient's condition，detailed treatment methods should be formulated to stop bleeding and replenish blood quickly. Gastric mucosal protective agent should be used to treat the patients. At the same time，insulin should be used to control blood sugar，so as to make the patients recover faster and better.

糖尿病属于一种处于高血糖情况的代谢性疾病^[1]，主要由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损，或两者兼有引起，主要对人的肾脏、神经、血管等有损害的影响，使其功能受损。该疾病的发病原因通常与家庭的遗传因素有关，或者是生活的习惯和环境有关，临川表现为：1型：尿频尿急尿不尽、身体消瘦、多饮多食。2型：四肢无力，身体肥胖。该疾病如果不及时进行有效的治疗改善，会产生并发症，而本文涉及的上消化道出血就是糖尿病中的一种并发症，上消化道出血是一种由于食管、胃、十二指肠或胰胆等病变引起的出血，临床表现通常为黑便和吐血等，发病急，病情发展快，该疾病的致病原因有很多，例如：（1）上胃肠道疾病：食管疾病、胃十二指肠疾病、空肠疾病。……
