摘 要：对于一个汽车修理企业而言，汽车配件的仓库是汽车修理的后勤保障，同时也是汽车修理企业一个重要的组成部门。汽车配件的管理工作作为汽车售后服务中一项很重要的工作，它管理的好坏会直接影响着汽车维修保养的效率以及公司利益。因为，做好汽车配件管理，能保证汽车维修保养工作及时高效的进行，提高效益，同时配件仓库管理合理，也可以为企业节省资金，降低成本。所以，可以说只有做好汽车配件的管理工作，才能有效的提高汽车修理企业的竞争力。

前言

汽車配件的管理首先是汽车配件仓库的备货。大家都知道汽车的种类繁多，配件就更复杂了。一个仓库是不可能配备所有汽车配件的，不能覆盖全车系。因此在仓库备货的过程中也是有原则的。而仓库运作中，备货、入库、保管、出库这四个环节，每一个都至关重要直接影响仓库周转，进而影响维修企业的质量和工期。

1 备货的策略和方法

备货的好坏决定了这个汽车配件仓库建立以后的周转率和是否会造成积压。因此备货是至关重要的一步。在备货时应该多备常用件（比如汽车的四滤等）、易损件（比如刹车片等）和油水等一些常用的消耗品，因为这些东西基本是每次汽车的修理保养都要用到的东西，仓库只有有了这些东西才能保证汽车维护保养工作的正常进行，否则修理保养工作将会寸步难行。……
