[摘 要]近年来，共享经济弥补了传统经济模式中无法涉及的利基市场，解决了人们的需求难题，方便了百姓的生活。探讨共享经济的内涵、特征，分析其发展现状，发现还存在过度化趋势明显，行业矛盾冲突较严重，社会补贴逐渐取消，消费者粘性减弱，社会信用体系不完善，市场监管缺位，信息风险大等问题。提出以下对策建议：完善市场准入和竞争制度，打造公平的市场竞争环境，加大政策支持力度，推动社会信用体系建设的不断完善，建立全方位监管治理体系，加强信息安全的管控。

Abstract： In recent years， the sharing economy has made up for the niche market that cannot be involved in the traditional economic model， solved the problem of peoples needs and facilitated peoples life. Discuss the connotation and characteristics of sharing economy and analyze its development status. It is found that there are still some problems. Such as an obvious trend of excess， serious industrial conflicts， gradual elimination of social subsidies， consumer stickiness， imperfect social credit system， Absence of market supervision， and high information risk. So we put forward the following countermeasures and Suggestions： improving the market access and competition system， creating a fair market competition environment， increasing policy support， promoting the continuous improvement of the construction of social credit system， establishing a comprehensive regulatory governance system and enhancing the control of information security.

一、共享经济内涵及特征

共享经济是以追求经济利润为目的，依托于互联网技术，整合社会闲置资源，从而实现点对点服务的一种新经济模式。它弥补了传统经济模式中无法涉及的利基市场，解决了人们的需求难题。如共享单车缓解了“最后一公里”的难题。

多样化的共享经济大都具有三个重要特征：1.利用平台。共享经济基于互联网技术形成新的平台，在此平台上信息共享共通;2.高效便捷，依托于电子信息技术，消费者可以跨越时间、空间的局限，根据需求变化，灵活调整应对措施，降低最小机会损失;3.双权分置，以租代买。……
