摘 要：“大學生创新训练计划”项目是教育部为了培养创新人才而扶持的项目，实践表明，它对于转变教育观念，培养学生主体意识和创新意识发挥了重要的作用，探讨如何提高团队创新绩效是需要解决的一个问题。研究以南京邮电大学2016—2017年度结项的“大创”项目团队成员为调查对象，结合访谈结果，提炼出影响团队创新绩效的4个因素：团队成员的内在动机、知识异质性、导师支持以及团队任务分工。从这4个因素出发编制问卷，使用SPSS 25.0和AMOS 24.0对149个项目团队的一手数据进行数据分析。结果表明：团队成员的内在动机、导师支持、团队合理的任务分工对团队创新绩效有显著正向影响，但是知识异质性对团队创新绩效的影响不显著。最后，研究依据实证结果，从导师、学生2个方面提出提升“大创”项目团队创新绩效的意见建议。关键词：大学生创新训练计划;“大创”项目;多元线性回归分析;团队创新绩效中图分类号：G 645 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1672-7312（2019）06-0779-06

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of

Team Innovation Performance

——Taking Student’s Platform for Innovation Training

Program as an Example

Abstract：The project of “Student’s Platform for Innovation Training Program” is supported by the Ministry of Education in order to cultivate innovative talents.Practice shows that it plays an important role in changing educational concepts，

and cultivating students’ subjective consciousness and innovative consciousness.In order to improve team innovation performance，the research took the members of “Student’s Platform for Innovation Training Program” project team of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2016—2017 as the research object，and extracted four factors that affect team innovation performance-team members’ intrinsic motivation，knowledge heterogeneity，mentor support and team task division.Based on these four factors，a questionnaire was compiled and 149 project teams’ first-hand data were analyzed by using SPSS25.0 and AMOS24.0.The results show that the intrinsic motivation of team members，the support of mentors，and the reasonable division of tasks have significant positive effects on team innovation performance，but the influence of knowledge heterogeneity on team innovation performance is not significant.Finally，based on the empirical results，the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the innovation performance of “Student’s Platform for Innovation Training Program ”

0 引 言

可行的創新行为都在一定程度上依赖于团队的力量，团队创新绩效的影响因素以及如何提高团队的创新绩效，受到人们越来越多的关注和重视。团队创新绩效是指具备有一定创新能力的团队，通过将新的科学技术运用在现有工作任务中，使得原有行为不断改进，由此产生的创新成果[1]。但是目前已有的研究中，大多是以知识型企业创新团队和高校教师科研团队为研究对象的，以大学生科研团队为研究对象的相对较少。……
