摘 要：创新是时代的主题，也是当代社会最大的发展原动力。创新是一切的驱动力，能够改变、创造这个社会，这个世界。为了尽快发展，我国近几十年紧跟时代的步伐，大力鼓励、支持创新。我国在自主创新能力上投入很大心血，在创新能力的方方面面都确实有所提高。大学生是我国社会今后的重要主力军，是未来。大学生的创新能力就是未来的发展力，所以对于大学生的创新能力的培养显得尤为重要。文章结合培养模式和机制浅谈大学生的创新能力的培养。

Abstract： Innovation is the theme of the times and the biggest driving force behind contemporary society. Innovation is the driving force of everything that can change and create this society， the world. In order to develop as soon as possible， China has followed the pace of the times in recent decades， vigorously encouraging and supporting innovation. In our country， we have invested a lot of efforts in innovation capability， and we have improved in all aspects of innovation ability. College students are an important main force in the future of our society and the future. The ability of college students to innovate is the future development power， so it is especially important for the cultivation of college students' innovative ability. The article combines the training mode and mechanism to talk about the cultivation of college students' innovative ability.

前言

我国目前是在不断成长的阶段，社会竞争激烈，人才被运用到市场上的需求不绝增加，同时，人才的质量也逐渐被重视起来。高等院校具有三个基本使命，分别是教学、科研和服务。目前高校还应重视的一项任务就是，怎样能够在正确的大学生创新能力培养模式机制指导下，为国家输出能够满足国家发展需要，理论与实践相结合的高素质全面应用型人才。所以，我国在高等教育指导方面的侧重点也逐渐转向了对于大学生的创新能力的培养，让学生能够将书本上的理论知识与实践操作衔接，用理论去解决实践问题，从而在实际的研究问题中把理论知识重新吸收，更好地培养出厚基礎、宽口径、高素质、强能力、广适应的创新型和实践型相结合的复合型人才[1]。……
