●Chinas 10th National Paralympic Games， which will also function as the 7th National Special Olympics， will kick off in Tianjin on August 25.

The Paralympic Games and Special Olympics has 43 events， including 19 summer events and six winter events， nine of mass games for the disabled and nine for Special Olympics. Some events will begin compete before the official opening of the Paralympic Games.

残运会暨特殊奥运会共有43个项目，其中包括夏季项目19个，冬季项目6个，残疾人团体项目9个，特殊奥运会项目9个。有些项目将在残运会正式开幕前开始比赛。

●Boosted by the Belt and Road Initiative， the number of China-Europe freight trains skyrocketed to 6，300 in 2018 from 17 in 2011. Forty-eight Chinese cities have launched 65 freight train routes， reaching 14 countries and more than 40 cities in Europe.

● All new cars sold in Europe from 2022 will have technology to limit their speed. New safety rules from the European Union will require new cars to have “intelligent speed assistance” systems. These will be standard equipment on cars， just like seatbelts and airbags. All cars will have breathalyzers that wont allow driving if the driver has drunk too much alcohol. The EU said 25，000 people are killed each year on Europes roads. Most accidents are caused by human error. The new safety systems will reduce road deaths.
