【摘 要】近年来，随着智能手机技术的创新水平不断提高，越来越多的功能被融合到智能手机上，使得智能手机相关专利申请逐渐将触角延伸到很多其他不同的技术领域，这对检索提出了更高的要求。为了保证检索的准确和高效，审查员需要为这些跨领域的专利申请找出比较高效的检索方法。论文结合实际案例，探讨了一些有效的检索方法，并对各相关领域的分类号进行了归纳整理，以期为智能手机案件的检索提供一些启示与帮助。

【Abstract】In recent years， with the continuous improvement of the innovation level of smart phone technology， more and more functions have been integrated into smart phones， which make the patent applications related to smart phones gradually extend their reach to many other different technical fields， which puts higher demands for search. In order to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the search， examiners need to find more efficient search methods for these cross-domain patent applications. Based on some cases， this paper explores some effective search methods and summarizes the classification numbers of related fields， so as to provide some inspiration and help for the search of smart phone cases.

1 引言

自第一部智能手机摩托罗拉天拓A6188问世以来，智能手机已经逐渐深入人们生活的各个角落，研发人员将各种其他电器独有的功能移植到智能手机上，使得智能手机除通信功能外，融合了越来越来的扩展功能，现在的智能手机不仅是移动电话，还是导航仪、照相机、摄像机、游戏机、电视、投影仪、语音遥控器等。随着这一融合过程，越来越多智能手机的专利申请呈现出跨领域的特点。

另外，智能手机也是集成了多种硬件的一个综合体，很多针对智能手机自身特点而对其上硬件进行改进的发明也是跨领域案件的一个重要类型，例如对手机上天线的改进，对手机上扬声器的改进等。

图1是SIPOABS数据库在2008-2017年公开的申请中，手机领域及其中跨领域申请（涉及G06F、H04N、G01S、G10L、H01Q、H04R）的数量分布情况，可见，手机领域中的跨领域申请在10年间始终占据不小的比例。……
